Irreducible Grace Foundation (IGF) has a variety of rooms and spaces available for rent at competitive rates. All Room Rental Requests must be submitted at least three weeks (21 days) in advance of the requested date.
Priority will be given to organizations and individuals whose work aligns with the mission of the Black Youth Healing Arts Center (BYHAC) and Irreducible Grace Foundation. The Irreducible Grace Foundation holds the right to refuse or cancel reservation requests.
Room Rentals are not guaranteed until a confirmation has been issued. Please allow up to three business days for your request to be reviewed. What's Included in the Rental Rate?
The rental fee includes one hour of room set-up/clean-up time. Additional set-up time over one hour may be reserved and will be billed at the hourly rate. Rental time includes clean-up time (by the client). Clients will be responsible for setting up and returning rooms and equipment to the same location and arrangement they were in at the start of the rental.
Weekend Surcharge
An additional fee of $50.00 per hour will be added to ALL Saturday and Sunday rentals to cover fees associated with having a building host present throughout the rental period.
Reservation Fee and Damage Deposit
All room rental requests are subject to a non-refundable Rental Reservation Fee and a refundable Damage Deposit. After submitting the Room Rental Request form you will be prompted to pay the non-refundable Rental Reservation Fee. Rental Requests will not be processed until the Rental Reservation Fee has been paid in full. Reservations are not transferable to any other person or organization.

A $50.00 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee applies to all rentals.

A $75.00 refundable damage deposit applies to all rental reservations, with the exception of the gym.

A $500.00 refundable damage deposit applies to gym rental reservations.
Once your request is confirmed a Room Rental Agreement and electronic invoice will be sent for the Damage Deposit and Rental Fee. All fees and deposits are due within seven (7) days of acceptance of the reservation request. All rental fees must be paid at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation. Failure to pay will result in terminating the room rental and all add-ons.
Cancellation Policy
The CLIENT agrees to the following cancellation policies for reservations totaling:

$1,000.00 or less MUST BE made within five (5) business days of the reservation request and are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the five business day window.

$1,000.01 - $4,999.99 MUST BE made within 14 business days of the reservation request and are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the 14 business day window.

$5,000.00 - $9,999.99 MUST BE made within 30 business days of the reservation request and are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the 30 business day window.

$10,000.00 or more MUST BE made within 45 business days of the reservation request and are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after the 45 business day window.
Cancellations due to inclement weather (Inclement weather definition: A National Weather Center Advisory has been issued) must be made within 24 hours of the event to receive a 50% refund on the room rental. Set-up costs and rental add-ons are non-refundable.
In the event that IGF/BYHAC needs to cancel the reservation, a 100% refund will be issued.
If the CLIENT wishes to reschedule their reservation, an additional non-refundable Administrative Fee of $50.00 will be charged.
For groups with 25 or more guests, an IGF/BYHAC Building Host is required. This individual will welcome and check guests in, answer questions, and assist with guiding them while in the rental space. The fee schedule is as follows:

25 - 75 guests - One Greeter at $30.00 per hour

Over 75 guests - Two Greeters at $30.00 per hour each
Gym rental add-ons and set-up are available and are subject to an hourly set-up fee determined by the number of add-ons selected by the client. Set-up fees begin at $25.00.
For every 150 people, rental includes 1 - 55-gallon trash and 1- 55-gallon recycling can. Additional trash or recycling cans are $10.00 each.
